WEB FORMS / BOOKING

Let customers book you from your own website.

Most service businesses collect enquiries in an inbox and retype them into something else. SUITE puts a real booking and quote form on your site, and what a customer submits arrives already filed — as a member, as a lead on the board, and as a pending job on the calendar.

WHAT THE CUSTOMER FILLS IN

Everything you would otherwise have to ask for in a reply.

Name, phone and email — phone and name are required, so a request is never unactionable
Service type, chosen from your own service list rather than a generic dropdown
Preferred date and preferred time, so you are scheduling rather than starting a thread about scheduling
The service address, captured up front instead of two emails later
Additional notes — access details, gate codes, what the job actually is
Bot verification by Cloudflare Turnstile, enforced on the server and not only in the browser

WHERE A SUBMISSION LANDS

01

A member record

The customer exists in your CRM the moment they submit, tagged with where they came from.

02

A lead on the pipeline

It opens at New Lead with the source recorded, so a website enquiry is visibly different from a referral.

03

A pending job

The preferred date puts it on your calendar as a request, not a note you have to remember to transcribe.

04

An email to you

Sent from the location the request came through, carrying every field the customer filled in.

01

Two forms, one embed

Book an Appointment and Request a Free Quote sit behind a toggle in the same form. Offer both, or only the one that fits how you sell.

02

It goes on your site, not instead of it

The form embeds in the site you already have. It resizes itself to whatever you put it in, and it is the one address on the platform allowed to be framed by another origin.

03

Or use it with no website at all

The same form is on your public SUITE profile at an address you choose, so a business with only a social account still has somewhere to send people.

04

It knows which branch

A multi-location business routes each submission to the right location, and the notification carries that location's own company name.

05

Attribution comes with it

UTM parameters and the referring page are captured with the enquiry, so you can tell an ad click from an organic visit without a separate analytics exercise.

06

Spanish or English

The form renders in either language, so a bilingual market gets a form its customers can actually read.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I need a website to use this?

No. The same form lives on your public SUITE profile at an address you choose, so you can send people straight to it. If you do have a site, the form embeds into it.

How do I put it on my site?

It is an iframe pointing at your profile's embed address. It sizes itself to the space you give it, so it fits a page you already have rather than needing one built around it.

What stops spam?

Cloudflare Turnstile, checked on the server rather than only in the browser, plus a hidden field a real customer never fills in. A submission that fails either one does not become a lead.

Does a booking request block out my calendar?

It arrives as a pending job on the requested date. You confirm it — a customer picking a time does not commit your crew to it.

Can I only collect quotes, not bookings?

Yes. Offer both behind a toggle, or just the one that matches how you sell.
