MULTI-LOCATION

Two locations. One login. Zero crossover.

Most software gives you one company. SUITE lets one account hold several, and keeps each one's records genuinely separate rather than filtered on screen.

WHAT IS SEPARATED

Separation enforced on the server, not in the interface.

Clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, receipts, payment links, tasks and mileage are each scoped to their location
Every location has its own company name, address, logo and document branding
Document numbering runs per location, so two branches never collide on the same invoice number
Currency belongs to the location — a US branch quotes USD while a Mexico branch quotes MXN
A team member can be locked to one location, and cannot reach another by changing the address bar
Reports, totals and aging follow the location you are working in, instead of silently summing both

WHY IT IS NOT JUST A FILTER

01

A filter can be bypassed

Location scope is applied on the server for every read and every write, so a record from another location is not merely hidden — it is unreachable.

02

Money must not merge

Two currencies summed into one figure is a number that is money in neither. Totals stay inside their location.

03

Branding is per branch

The client sees the company that did the work, not the parent account's name.

01

Switch, do not log out

Change location from the sidebar. You stay signed in, and the whole app follows.

02

Independent settings

Payment processors, email sender, tax defaults and document templates are configured per location.

03

Built for a real case

This exists because a real business runs a US company and a Mexican one side by side, with different currencies, languages and invoicing rules.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Is this the same as having two accounts?

No. It is one login and one subscription. You switch location from the sidebar and the whole application follows — clients, documents, numbering, branding and totals.

Can a location have its own currency?

Yes. Currency belongs to the location, so a United States branch quotes USD while a Mexico branch quotes MXN, and the two never sum into a single meaningless figure.

Can I stop an employee from seeing the other location?

Yes. A team member can be locked to one location, and the restriction is applied on the server — changing the address bar does not get around it.
