PAYMENT LINKS

Send a link. Get paid. No invoice necessary.

Deposits, add-ons, a balance after the job — not everything deserves a full invoice. A payment link is an amount, a description and a customer, and it is ready to send.

WHAT YOU GET

A payment page that still looks like your business.

Pick the customer from your member list, or type a name — either way the link is ready to send
Send it yourself by text, WhatsApp or email, or copy the URL and paste it wherever your client actually reads
The customer pays on a SUITE-branded page carrying your company name — not a third-party checkout that emails its own receipt on top of yours
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered inline; the wallet buttons appear only on devices that can actually use them
Paid links are marked paid automatically and the customer is sent a receipt
Every link keeps its own record: who it was for, what it was for, and whether it has been paid

WHY NOT JUST INVOICE

01

A deposit before the work

You need money now and the final total later. A link takes the deposit without committing you to an invoice you would then have to amend.

02

A one-off charge

A part, a callout fee, a rush. It does not belong on a document with terms and a due date.

03

Someone who never opens email

A link works in a text message. An invoice PDF often does not.

01

Your processor, your money

Payments settle into your own Stripe or Square account. SUITE never sits between you and your funds.

02

One charge, once

A repeated submission of the same request is recognised as the same request, so a double-tap does not become a double charge.

03

It reads as a receipt

Once paid, the same link shows the customer what they paid, when, and to whom.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I need to create an invoice first?

No. That is the point of a payment link — an amount, a description and a customer are enough. Use an invoice when the client needs terms, a due date and a document.

Where does the money go?

Into your own Stripe or Square account. You connect your processor to SUITE; SUITE never holds your funds.

Will my customer get two receipts?

No. The payment page is SUITE-branded and the receipt comes from you. That is why SUITE embeds the payment form rather than handing the customer off to a hosted checkout that sends its own.
