These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Suite by Low-IP ("Service"), operated by Low-IP, LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Suite by Low-IP is a cloud-based business management platform designed for cleaning businesses. It includes CRM, call log, estimates, proposals, invoices, job scheduling, automations, and an AI assistant. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the product evolves.

2. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription at $8.99/month (USD), billed automatically via Stripe on your billing cycle date.

Your subscription continues until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

3. No Refund Policy

All charges are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for partial months, unused time, or any reason. This includes but is not limited to: accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with the Service, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.

4. Customer Support

Full support is included with every subscription — no tiered plans, no extra fees.

All subscribers receive access to our full support team via email at [email protected]. We are committed to responding to all support requests within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

Support includes: onboarding assistance, bug reports, feature questions, account management, and general platform guidance.

5. Account Terms

▸You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
▸Each subscription allows up to 2 user accounts per organization.
▸You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
▸You may not share your account with unauthorized users or resell access.
▸You must be 18 years or older to subscribe.

6. Acceptable Use & Security Policy

Zero Tolerance for Malicious Use

Low-IP, LLC takes security and data integrity extremely seriously. Any account found engaging in malicious, abusive, or unauthorized activity will be terminated immediately — without notice, without appeal, and without refund. We actively monitor for suspicious activity and will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation.

You agree not to use the Service to:

✕Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations
✕Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful software
✕Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or attempt to circumvent any authentication or security controls
✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Service
✕Harvest, scrape, or collect data from other users or attempt to extract data beyond your own account
✕Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
✕Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications
✕Engage in any denial-of-service attack, overload, or disrupt the infrastructure of the Service
✕Abuse, harass, or threaten Low-IP staff, contractors, or other users
✕Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate business management

Consequences of Policy Violations

▸Immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice
▸No refund of any subscription fees paid
▸Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
▸Civil and/or criminal liability for damages caused to Low-IP, LLC or third parties

7. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime. The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis without a guaranteed SLA. Scheduled maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Low-IP, LLC. You retain ownership of all data and content you create within the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Low-IP, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
